Jim Goode, President and Chief Operating Officer

Jim Goode joined American Innotek in January 2015, bringing a wealth of management experience to the company. Before joining American Innotek, Mr. Goode was Vice President of Client Solutions for APAC Customer Services, Inc., responsible for client relationships, driving organic growth and managing performance for clients within their communications vertical.

During his tenure at AP Labs, Mr. Goode served as Vice President, Corporate Development, where he was responsible for marketing, sales and customer service. After AP Labs was acquired by Kontron, Mr. Goode was retained to help lead the post-merger integration and ensure achievement of financial goals. Prior to AP Labs, Mr. Goode was Director of Customer Lifecycle Management for AT&T Mobility, where he was responsible for improving the customer experience and customer retention in all sales touchpoints in the greater Los Angeles market. Mr. Goode also served as Director of Customer Operations for Cingular Wireless, Director of New Account Services for AT&T Wireless and Director of Operations for LA Cellular Telephone Company.

Mr. Goode earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University.

John M. Goode, Ed.D., Chairman

Dr. Goode was elected as a Director of the company in 1998. The former Dean of the School of Management and Business at National University in San Diego and the College of Commerce at DePaul University in Chicago now serves as Chairman and majority shareholder of Sierra Genoa, Inc., the parent company of AP Labs, Inc., a San Diego defense contractor. Dr. Goode has served as Vice President at Maremont Corp., Chemetron Corp., Whitaker Corp. and the Case Company. He has also served as Chairman at Case Credit, Intertrac Vehman GmbH and Prestolite Electric, Inc.

Dr. Goode has also served as a Corporate Director for several companies in many different fields, including banking, financial services, health care, manufacturing and marketing of consumer and industrial products. He has taught courses on corporate governance for the International Forum of Corporate Directors and the Institute of Corporate Governance.

Dr. Goode has also served as a consultant to such firms as Alcoa, Continental Bank, the Harris Bank and Terex. He received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from DePaul University, his MBA from the University of Chicago and his doctorate from Northern Illinois University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

Thomas A. Page

Mr. Page was elected as Director of the company in 1998. Mr. Page is Director Emeritus and former Chairman of the Board of San Diego Gas and Electric Company and its parent, Enova Corporation. He was the driving force behind the merger of Enova Corporation and Pacific Enterprises into Sempra Energy.

Mr. Page joined SDG&E in 1978 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 1981, he was elected President and Chief Executive Officer and added the Chairmanship in 1983. Prior to joining SDG&E, he held numerous positions through 1978 at Gulf States Utilities in Beaumont, Texas, including Executive Vice President, Member of the Board and President of its non-utility business operations. Previously, he served as Treasurer and Controller of Wisconsin Power and Light.

Prior to entering the utility business, Mr. Page was employed as a construction and structural engineer and served as an officer in the USAF. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and his Master’s in Industrial Administration from Purdue University, where he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Management in 1994.

Mr. Page has been a Certified Public Accountant and licensed professional engineer. He currently serves as a Director of Community National Bank and SYS Technologies.


John M. Goode Jr.

John acquired MSP Aviation, Inc. in 2002 and became its President and CEO. MSP Aviation is a premier manufacturer of specialty components which are sold to the aerospace industry. John also acquired Maddock Construction Equipment, LLC in March of 2013 and serves as President and CEO.

John also served as President of AP Labs. AP Labs designed and manufactured premier rugged enclosures, real-time systems and integrated system solutions for the defense, aerospace and commercial market. Prior to joining AP Labs John served on the Board of Directors. He is also the president and owner of Goode Group, LLC which owns and manages commercial real estate.

John is the former owner and president of K&W Acquisition Group, LLC. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Downey Glass Company and was Vice President of Pachmayr Ltd. He also served as Controller of American Tara Flexible Packaging Company, Accounting Manager of Fischer Imaging Company and President of Goode Enterprises, Inc.

John has also served on over 20 boards such as Par Tech, SGI, Inc. and New American Electric Company to name a few.

John has a B.S.C. from DePaul, University in Chicago, IL and received his M.B.A. through the executive program at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
